Tennis Classes and Camps

Foundation Tennis

Foundation Tennis is designed to introduce players to the fundamentals of tennis, including stroke technique, serving, court awareness and rallying.

Activities are delivered in a low pressure, yet energetic environment, ensuring optimal learning, all the while maintaining the enjoyment factor of being on the tennis court. These tennis classes are open to the age of 5 years old through to adult.

What playing level is required to participate in Foundation Tennis?
Open to first time players and those with some experience who are looking to gain a strong foundation in the sport of tennis.

USTA QuickStart Tennis Model

Our Foundation Tennis Programs follow the USTA QuickStart Tennis model. This program introduces children to tennis using equipment and courts designed specifically for their ability and age. As your child grows, so does the court and racket size. For more information, please click on the video below.
