LACROSSE – FOUNDATION (age 5-14)

With an emphasis on passing, catching and scooping, participants will learn how to play lacrosse through a series of activities and then take part in small scrimmages to put into practice what they have learned.

Focusing on developing a basic understanding of the sport, all Foundation curricula have been designed for the beginner to intermediate player.

When: Spring, Summer and Fall

Ability: Foundation to Development
   
Duration: Weekly classes and week long summer camps
   
Times: Typically 1 hour sessions; summer camps run up to 3.5 hours
