Advanced Tennis

US Sports Institute's Advanced Tennis curriculum offers a high-level program for advanced tennis players aged 10 to 14 years old.

Players will work on developing strategic groundstroke mechanics including top spin, slice, drop shots, and lobbing throughout match realistic drills and games. USSI’s Advanced Tennis classes are for the serious player looking to compete within the sport.

How do I know if my child is ready for this level?

To participate in Advanced Tennis your child should have a comprehensive skill set and a good understanding and ability to play the following strokes; forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Knowledge of point scoring is key, and the ability to rally consistently without unforced error is preferred. Ideally your child would have completed US Sports Institute’s Development Tennis classes before joining Advanced Tennis.
