First Play Lacrosse Summer Camps

The US Sports Institute First Play Lacrosse camp is a wonderful introduction to the sport of lacrosse, designed for beginner players who have little or no experience in the sport.

The program is taught in a relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis on fundamental skills and technique; helping all children to progress and succeed. Children will learn how to play lacrosse through a series of fun activities, and then take part in small scrimmages to put into practice what they have learned.

All equipment is provided for the program which makes it a more affordable way for children to learn the game. The program is non contact so no protective clothing is required.

Casey was a little intimidated on the first day of the lacrosse camp as he had never played Lacrosse and didn't know anyone there.  Coach Tom made him feel welcome, part of the group and he has taken a real shine to the game of lacrosse now.
