Lacrosse Summer Camps

LACROSSE – CAMP: Players will learn and develop their technique in passing, catching and scooping. Each day will end with small-sided games where coaches will encourage good sportsmanship and teamwork.

Participants will develop an understanding of offensive and defensive plays, and will be encouraged to implement these into a scrimmage.

Classes at younger age groups are co-ed.

Casey was a little intimidated on the first day of the lacrosse camp as he had never played Lacrosse and didn't know anyone there.  Coach Tom made him feel welcome, part of the group and he has taken a real shine to the game of lacrosse now.
