The US Sports Institute Sports Squirts Program has been designed to introduce children aged 3 to 5 (Parent and Me classes available for children aged 18 months to 3.5 years) to a variety of sports in a safe, structured environment. All games and activities will encompass hand/eye coordination, balance, agility and movement – all key factors to the early development of children in sport.


In addition to having a great time playing the different sports, children will develop social interaction and communication skills. All sports are developed through a series of games and activities designed to ensure learning and most importantly: fun, fun, fun!

Sports Squirts Listings

The USSI Sports Squirts program is an ideal way to introduce your child to a variety of sports.  Weekly classes are held during the Spring, Fall & Winter.  Week long camps take place during the Summer.

Sports Squirts Classes are open to children aged 3-5 & 6-7 years.
Parent and Me Classes are open to children aged 18 months to 3.5 years

Length: 1 class a day for a 7 week period
Times: 1 hour for each class (7 total hours)

Summer Sports Squirts - Click here to find class now

Length: Monday to Friday, 1 week sessions
Times: 1.5 hours per day, typically in the afternoon

Length: 1 class a day for a 6 week period
Times: 1 hour for each class (6 total hours)

I cannot believe the amount of activities that have been introduced to the kids in such a short amount of time.  I am a teacher , and I am truly impressed by the skills shown by your staff. Thanks so much for showing my son Benjamin such a fabulous time!  This has been one of the highlights of his summer!
