Parent & Me Sports Squirts

The US Sports Institute Parent & Me Sports Squirts program has been designed to introduce children aged 18 months to 3.5 years old to a variety of sports, games and group activities in a safe, structured environment. 

Classes are broken down into 3 levels:

Level 1: 18 months to 24 months
Level 2: 24 months to 36 months
Level 3: 30 months to 42 months

Our progressive curriculum enables you and your child to work together on gross motor, communication and social skills. Each week your USSI coach will lead you through a series of fun activities and games that incorporate a different theme and sport.  You and your child will participate in group activities, individual challenges & parachute games, all based on the sport and theme of that particular week. Incorporated into each session is ‘free time’ giving you and your little one time to explore and bond.
