Human Resources Internship

The Human Resources Internship is designed for students who are interested in coach and office recruitment, and employee administration. Students will gain knowledge and experience in several aspects of human resources, including applicant screening and scheduling, internal employee systems, organization development, and supporting the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with recruiting and staffing
Screening of daily applications
Assessing applicant eligibility
Organizing coaching assessments and evaluations
Preparation of regional interview events, employment workshops and career fairs
Posting employment opportunities on company websites and online job boards
Issuing and collection of employment paperwork in compliance with federal regulations
Organizing visa paperwork for overseas candidates
Ongoing communication with candidates throughout hiring process

Qualifications

In addition to the qualifications listed on the Internship Homepage, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Capable of communicating clearly in emails and on the phone
Strong interpersonal skills
