Customer Relations Internship

The Customer Relations Internship is designed for students who are passionate about creating a rewarding customer experience. As the first line of communication for customers, students will gain knowledge and experience in all aspects of customer service including resolving customer issues, providing program information, handling cancellations & refunds, monitoring phone and live chat lines, and more.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:
Providing customer support via telephone, online chat, and email for sports programs in a professional and friendly manner
Maintaining the company database with accurate customer information
Monitoring the number of registrations for all programs and working alongside managers to maintain class lists
Notifying customers when classes are canceled or changed and offer class switches
Handling customer refund, credit voucher and scholarship issues based on company policies and procedures

Qualifications

In addition to the qualifications listed on the Internship Homepage, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn and navigate through multiple computer interfaces simultaneously
Positive, can-do attitude
